All content provided on the ArtHub website and during events—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and event recordings—is the intellectual property of ArtHub Foundation or its credited artists.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from ArtHub or the respective rights holder.

3. Event Changes and Cancellations

ArtHub strives to ensure that all advertised events occur as scheduled. However, we reserve the right to:

• Modify event details (date, time, venue, or artist lineup) due to unforeseen circumstances

• Cancel or reschedule events if necessary

Where possible, we will provide advance notice via email or our official platforms. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund or credit.

4. Ticketing and Refund Policy

• All ticket sales are final once processed.

• Refunds will only be provided if an event is officially canceled by ArtHub. And the refund will be credited to the individual bank account through which the ticket purchase was made with in 14 working days.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

• Please review event details and your availability carefully before purchasing.

5. Attendee Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment at all ArtHub events. By attending, you agree to:

• Show respect to artists, staff, and fellow attendees

• Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behavior

• Follow venue rules and instructions from staff

ArtHub reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals exhibiting inappropriate behavior, without refund.

6. Use of Photography and Video

By attending any ArtHub event, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed. These visuals may be used in:

• ArtHub’s promotional content

• Event recaps, social media, and press releases

• Archival material

7. Third-Party Links and Services
